I requested a refund because I could not afford what I purchased and they helped be even though they generally have a no refund policy. Please don't buy. Won't recommend using it. I used for training 7 models. For all of them, the cells (cpu process) took longer than other service like google colab. For example, loading a pretrained model from hf. It took around 20 sec for me to load and finish running the cell in colab. The runpod paused. Used an L40. It it pauses for around 5 min. Happens almost all the time. Had to delete the pod and recreate another pod. Which again adds unnecessary cost. Overall, they are theif.

Best cloud GPU provider! Runpod.io is definitely the most cheap GPU cloud service providers on the internet. They also help you out 24/7 ! You can contact directly with admins on Discord, which is amazing.

Best customer service ever Best customer service ever, no long emails, no phone calls, no scripts, hop on the discord server and chat with the support tech like you talk to your friends. also the tempelate docker images are super useful. i just had to use the default one to get my project going.
