I requested a refund because I could not afford what I purchased and they helped be even though they generally have a no refund policy. The most promising GPU cloud startup I've seen :) While still young, RunPod does not do anything they aren't sure "just works." Aside from the great prices, support is stellar and quick, even with a small team (even if documentation isn't as thick as a phonebook), and if you need a cloud GPU, I really wouldn't point you elsewhere unless you need Docker support, which isn't possible just yet, but I was told Docker support may come soon. Current templates available for your "pod" (instance) are TensorFlow and PyTorch images specialized for RunPod, or a custom stack by RunPod which I actually quite like, or lastly, an option to use a repository from Docker Hub as the template. RunPod's become my go-to for GPU cloud. Definitely give it a try! It's unique, fast, and you can tell it was made by people who take pride in their work.
