GBBest customer service ever Best customer service ever, no long emails, no phone calls, no scripts, hop on the discord server and chat with the support tech like you talk to your friends. also the tempelate docker images are super useful. i just had to use the default one to get my project going.

VNvery bad customer support very bad customer support, especially the guy " ashleyk " from the discord who is terribly rude with the customers, prefer wayy more vast.ai which is also cheaper

GBExcellent costumer service Excellent costumer service. Very personal and fast. I can appreciate that this is a buisness that cares about its customers. I requested a refund because I could not afford what I purchased and they helped be even though they generally have a no refund policy. It's amazing how they conduct their buisness and I will happily endorse runpod anytime.
