GBExcellent costumer service Excellent costumer service. Very personal and fast. I can appreciate that this is a buisness that cares about its customers. I requested a refund because I could not afford what I purchased and they helped be even though they generally have a no refund policy. It's amazing how they conduct their buisness and I will happily endorse runpod anytime.

TWInitiating charges without obtaining… Initiating charges without obtaining explicit consent and subsequently denying refunds constitutes a serious breach of U.S. legal standards.

INExcellent product Excellent product. Very useful for my research work. Got my problems fixed pretty quickly. Would recommend it to anyone using any other cloud providers as runpod is pretty cheap comparatively.

HKVery responsive The owner of runpod are very responsive, very keen on making changes and improve user experience. Also willing to listen. Nice user interface with artpod, whoever help design the UI for artpod need a raise :)
