Please don't buy. Won't recommend using it. I used for training 7 models. For all of them, the cells (cpu process) took longer than other service like google colab. For example, loading a pretrained model from hf. It took around 20 sec for me to load and finish running the cell in colab. The runpod paused. Used an L40. It it pauses for around 5 min. Happens almost all the time. Had to delete the pod and recreate another pod. Which again adds unnecessary cost. Overall, they are theif.

Zeen has been consistent and efficient… Zeen has been consistent and efficient in resolving my cloud server GPU issues in mining and in an absolute prompt manner. Zein has even supported my commercial payments to the company with ease. Most notable, I would like to give a special mention to Zeen who has recently out of his own will and time aided me with the configuration of a new mining opportunity within their servers and gave the complete step by step instructions. Excellent costumer service Excellent costumer service. Very personal and fast. I can appreciate that this is a buisness that cares about its customers. I requested a refund because I could not afford what I purchased and they helped be even though they generally have a no refund policy.
