AUI'm not quite sure if support actually exists I'm not quite sure if support actually exists. The documentation for the new Key 4 is very lightweight compared to previous manuals and no responses from support within 1 week either. Not the best for a newbie to the product.

INService is really bad I ordered Bluetooth dongle specially from India, but it didn’t work on my Mac Pro. I followed all the steps in document but nothing worked. I raised service request and received solution in response but it didn’t work as well. I replied on the email but then no response. Every time I receive a same response like some bot is sending the emails. Never expected such delivery.
