Efficent Data Recovery tool to recover data in different scenarios I have been using the iBeesoft data recovery tool for recovering data from old data storage devices and I was satisfied with the quality it offers to its customers. It has different data recovery options which can be used for different scenarios to recover data.

Negligent Customer Service + No Refund Update: The vendor has failed to reply to all of my emails and failed to address and/or process any refund for me even though the are able to reply to these reviews regularly. Do not trust their customer service! I downloaded ibeesoft to recover data on my system. Unfortunately none of the data is recoverable as the software is unable to recover the files I need on my system. Only hours after downloading the software, I emailed their customer service requesting a refund. Instead I got a flippant reply to look further into the file folders to find what I am looking for. That is not a helpful response at all. They have been ignoring all further emails from me regarding the refund even though they state customers are eligible for refunds in these circumstances. If the software does not work for the customer's purposes, especially considering it cost nearly $60 USD, then the customer should receive it.

Horrible. My Mac crashed and I found Ibeesoft. Purchased the recovery software, never recieved a link. In a weeks time I have emailed Ibeesoft three times with no reply back what so ever. This is highly unprofessional and apparently I cannot get a refund even though it falls under the full refund guidelines from the company.

IBeesoft is undoubtedly the best data recovery software. IBeesoft is undoubtedly the best software for recovering lost data ever. I lost my data on my Mac when I formated it by mistake. And thanks to iBeesoft I got all my data back. Thanks a lot.
