Can't log in OTP was supposed to be sent to my email immediately after I'd typed my log in details. That's what I expected anyway. But nothing's happened yet. Emailed support@jumaworkers for further assistance and I still haven't gotten a response. Update: Appreciate the timely response. And yes. The issue has finally been resolved. Just received my OTP immediately after logging in. Thank you.
