I've been with many hosting providers over the years and, while I don't want to throw any shade at anyone in particular, let's just say sometimes the support is what you would expect from a HUGE company. That's not the case with Bodhost. Any time I have an issue I can speak or chat with someone immediately and that person is always an actual tech who can start working on my issue right away. I never end up having to go through layers of salespeople who try to upsell me while I wait to speak with a tech. It's fantastic. Special shout out to Aidan, he's one of the best of the best!
