This is the absolute worst experience I… This is the absolute worst experience I ever have had with a company. The work which was done kept being incorrect. And I spent six months just trying to get the storyboard corrected from all the mistakes they kept making. The never even began on doing the 3 mins of my animation and only completed :23 secs of the intro animation, which still had mistakes they never corrected. The bottom line is the 2nd project manager kept making promises to get work done right and at a faster pace. But instead, I received an email message saying he no longer was with the company and had taken another job in another state. This happened within days of me writing to that person, telling him I think this company is a scam. I had to reverse the charges because I asked for my money back three times, and no one at the company never even acknowledged my request. I had to create my own storyboard in the form of a PowerPoint presentation, which they would recreate incorrectly 90 percent of the time. It took six months just to get 17 correct pages of the 74 pages I created in the PowerPoint for the storyboard. And they sent me :23 seconds of animation (paid separately for :30).
