In this case, I had ordered a gift for a friend who ultimately had no use for the gift and suggested I return it. Though it was out of the date within which I could have received a refund, Shopenzer honored my request with a store credit, which worked out perfectly since they have so many cool products. Have submitted query but after more than week receiving many emails about wanting me to buy more but my first order seems like a scam already

I ordered a product on their website… I ordered a product on their website based on someone posted on linkedin. I am unable to get a tracking # or get in contact with anyone at Shopenzer to communicate my frustration but have been unsuccessful. I called 507-501-5002 it disconnected me immediately. Please DO NOT PURCHASE / BUY anything from them as this is a scam.
