I was hit by ransomware and had to… I was hit by ransomware and had to reinstall on the same computer it was previously running on, support would not allow this as we had already installed the software before on the same pc and wanted to sell us an upgrade the cost over 50% of the original purchase price. Really crap service in a time of need.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS This application cost me the most. I tried to cheap out with it on a EDB recovery case, and it was a massive mistake. It literally messed things up, from missing contacts to removing letters from email addresses, to showing Errors but simulating it was still doing something until hours later showing the logs with the Errors. Such a Waste of Time. I even restored a Database from a Backup and same issues. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS

A few days ago I bought a license for 2… A few days ago I bought a license for 2 computers. shortly after, one broke and I wanted to install the software on another computer but couldn't. The software can only be installed 2 times. Their solution is that you buy another license ... a scam

Very Good Software very good software, I used it to restore from EDB to PST and it was easy. however i faced one problem which is the flagged Emails were cleared when restored. I tried to restore from EDB to live exchange and I face the same problem with flagged emails, the flags were cleared. Is there any option let me restore the flaged Emails?
