No website and no money back for man with Brain tumour I was promised by Ryan a website in four days for five hundred dollars. It was supposed to be a very simple platform for people to leave messages to the father of my child who is dying of a brain tumour. The first mock up five days in was a memorial page, I explained HE WAS NOT DEAD YET. The second mock up, double the time I was promised...was a financial support page, as though he were begging for money. Horrible. This is after four sessions of notes from me carefully explaining exactly what I wanted. Very little effort or attention was put into these mock ups. Two weeks in, another mock up, terrible, not what I asked for. This was from Hazel Wilson whose command of the English language was so poor, half the time I could not understand what they were saying. Not trusting their artistry or their communication skills, I asked for my money back. Denny/Danny got on the phone and harassed me, then Jonathan guaranteed a pleasing product he would personally oversee in 24 hours or my money back. It was then that I realized I was actually charged over six hundred dollars on my MasterCard, not five hundred, as promised. 48 hours later I get another mock up from Hazel Wilson again, that is still not what I asked for, nor what I was promised. Despite this, I gave some notes, however, they were not implemented. The only thing I could approve was the colour blue. Nearly a week later I get another mock up and incomprehensible communication from Hazel Wilson. So utterly done with this (and by the way, a man with a fatal brain tumour doesn’t exactly have a lot of TIME) I set up another platform for his friends to actually REACH HIM and asked for my money back. It is now nearly two months later and despite Jonathan’s repeated promises that I will have my money returned (sometimes he promises within 24 hours) I still haven’t seen a cent returned. I have also received this guarantee from Eric Murphy who actually has tried to coerce me by saying I will only get my money returned if I remove this bad review. I can’t believe they have done this and I most certainly can’t believe they have done this to a family dealing with a fatal brain tumour. This is not only unprofessional it is morally reprehensible. I will likely have to take legal action.

Start up company looking for a website design We are a start up company that was looking for a new website design. Frank and Danny were in charge of designing our website and were very patient in assisting us with the many questions that arose. We are very pleased with the work done and would recommend State Designers to anyone needing help with a website.

If only I could give negative stars to… If only I could give negative stars to State Designers. Whatever u do.... pls do not hire them. They will cheat u and provide extremely bad service. To mention a few examples: They will schedule meetings and not call , keep pushing the meetings without any reasons. Add unnecessary plugins to your website to open spam pages and make money out of it. They will not answer your calls and never deliver on time. And what they provide is extremely poor quality. They will promise you refund and not give it to you. CHEATERS AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Please do not waste your money on them.
