They would like to help you with your order and have responded to your concerns below. 1 stars Latham L - CA, united states 22 Feb 2023 I was told by the lady that took my order over the phone that, it was after hours and the order would ship on Monday and I would have it on Tuesday, this is why I had the installers scheduled for Tuesday. I understands things happen but there was no communication and I had to "figure it out". I also understand how a business runs and nothing is free, but some of the shipping back would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly, when I spoke to the guy on Monday he made me feel nothing could be done and didn't call back with a explanation or anything I was just frustrated with the whole transaction at that point. Got a few email responses then crickets....... invertersupply.com tried to help this customer via the Shopper Approved Customer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond to the assistance provided.
