So, I get a charge for a renewal of my Norton anti-fraud app, which is interesting, because I've never signed up for such a service. I dislike Norton intensely to begin with. Also, I get excellent anti-fraud protection for $39/yr, not the $238 these guys tried to bill. What's more interesting is that I phoned the number specified to cancel the "renewal" of the non-existent Norton software and some guy answered "YEAH?" with the cry of babies in the back. I attempted to cancel but this quickly became non-functional. At last, we came to the guy's bottom line, which was clear and succinct: "Why don't you just luck-off?" Except it didn't begun with an "l."
