I ordered a custom store from this… I ordered a custom store from this company. They strung me along and never gave me my store. Their communication was very poor. Two weeks went by. I finally got an answer when I said I wanted my money back. They did not refund my money or give me my store. I never heard from them after that. I would not recommend this company after the experience that I had. I regret dealing with this company. I'm out of $250 of my hard earned money with nothing to show for it. I will never order another custom dropshipping again. Note added in response to dropship empire's reply. This is not a baseless allegation. I have plenty of proof that this is true. I do not trust your company and will do no further dealings with you. My advice to you is to be honest. Don't try to make it look like someone is just trying to blackmail you or scam you in an attempt to protect your reputation. Dishonesty never pays. If you are not going to deliver, then refund your customer's money. And communicate with them instead of ignoring them until they take action to recover their money. You should have a customer service number too. I find it odd that you do not have a customer service number and you only use your first names.

Exceptional service I would be lying if I didn’t say I was skeptical on whether I would get my moneys worth. Thankfully, I’ve gotten a lot more than what I paid for. They are super helpful and very responsive when I need assistance. Shoutout especially to Chauhan who has been my lifesaver in keeping me accountable and ensuring that I do everything that I need to on my end.
