USCompletely unprofessional and lackā¦ Completely unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. Someone applied for a loan in my name through their service and there was a refusal to provide any assistance other than referring me to the Online Leanders Alliance. Called twice to seek assistance with figuring out who may have committed identity theft. Both times I was told someone would call me back and they refused to provide a contact number to their company for follow-up or to let me speak with a supervisor. After talking over me excessively, finally, Patrick (supervisor), joined the call and began the same approach...no empathy, lied about providing a callback for assistance, and completely unprofessional in dealing with an identity theft situation. Horrible business practice!! This is a quick summary, but someone of authority should listen to my calls and adjust policy to allow victims to be handled with more respect and care. They have some responsibility (and maybe even culpability).
