They have outstanding communication between the clients and design coordinator. They really listen to your feedback and will correct or start a new logo until they find what fits your needs. Summer 2023- Avoid these people no matter what I don’t know how this firm could be considered “ verified.” They make promises they never intend to deliver on, until you pay exorbitant fees never before mentioned, to release your project from being hostage. If not, you get all kinds of weird messages and then a zip file that is nothing at all like the intended result. I believe their incompetence and empty promises are their finest traits.
