I would avoid this group at all I would avoid this group at all costs. While we were satisfied with our logo design, the process was challenging. The team solicited our business for a web redesign and that’s our poorest decision. At no time during our relationship did they listen to the very specific and simple needs of the client, yet insisted repeatedly they were delivering the product. Almost 3 weeks after they claimed the code was ready it was delivered in a zip file, they offered us no possibility to touch or see or use the site before launching. What we received is unusable and we want to help other small nonprofits make the same mistake.

LogoLadz: great service, even better logo! From the start LogoLadz has had my needs in mind. They worked efficiently and kept me updated every step of the way. This process allowed me to feel comfortable with the final logo, rather than being pressured to go with the first one made. Alex Parker was the associate I had the pleasure working with; he was understanding of my budget, easy to work with, and very efficient in keeping me updated throughout the process.

Summer 2023- Avoid these people no matter what I don’t know how this firm could be considered “ verified.” They make promises they never intend to deliver on, until you pay exorbitant fees never before mentioned, to release your project from being hostage. If not, you get all kinds of weird messages and then a zip file that is nothing at all like the intended result. I believe their incompetence and empty promises are their finest traits.

LOVE MY LOGO. I love everything about my logo, even though it takes me along time to pick my logo because I honestly didn’t know what I wanted, but Roger Sherman had patience enough to keep sending me different concepts until I was satisfied. He was really respectful about it too.
