This Company is the worst This Company is the worst. After I paid my fee and sent them my old design as well as a sketch of the design I had in mind, things took a turn for the worst. I had to send them emails frequently for updates, I called them as well. All I received was a half a$$ logo and a questionnaire. Stay Away from Jonathan Cruz and company, you’re better off using an etcher sketch 🤦🏾‍♂️

LOVE MY LOGO. I love everything about my logo, even though it takes me along time to pick my logo because I honestly didn’t know what I wanted, but Roger Sherman had patience enough to keep sending me different concepts until I was satisfied. He was really respectful about it too.

Summer 2023- Avoid these people no matter what I don’t know how this firm could be considered “ verified.” They make promises they never intend to deliver on, until you pay exorbitant fees never before mentioned, to release your project from being hostage. If not, you get all kinds of weird messages and then a zip file that is nothing at all like the intended result. I believe their incompetence and empty promises are their finest traits.

Although I was picky and challenged his patience he was accommodating and polite throughout the process. In the end I was so pleased with his designs that I chose to purchase 3 logos - allowing me to have a variation as needed. After our initial conversation roughly 2 days later i received 5 logo designs based on my ideas. This company is also able to provide the trademark process for my logo.
