Summer 2023- Avoid these people no matter what I don’t know how this firm could be considered “ verified.” They make promises they never intend to deliver on, until you pay exorbitant fees never before mentioned, to release your project from being hostage. If not, you get all kinds of weird messages and then a zip file that is nothing at all like the intended result. I believe their incompetence and empty promises are their finest traits.

Although I was picky and challenged his patience he was accommodating and polite throughout the process. In the end I was so pleased with his designs that I chose to purchase 3 logos - allowing me to have a variation as needed. I would avoid this group at all I would avoid this group at all costs. While we were satisfied with our logo design, the process was challenging. The team solicited our business for a web redesign and that’s our poorest decision. At no time during our relationship did they listen to the very specific and simple needs of the client, yet insisted repeatedly they were delivering the product. Almost 3 weeks after they claimed the code was ready it was delivered in a zip file, they offered us no possibility to touch or see or use the site before launching. What we received is unusable and we want to help other small nonprofits make the same mistake.

This Company is the worst This Company is the worst. After I paid my fee and sent them my old design as well as a sketch of the design I had in mind, things took a turn for the worst. I had to send them emails frequently for updates, I called them as well. All I received was a half a$$ logo and a questionnaire. Stay Away from Jonathan Cruz and company, you’re better off using an etcher sketch 🤦🏾‍♂️

Great communicators and professional team Since my first encounter with LogoLadz in April 2021, I've found them to be very professional. The two logos that they've created was perfect for what we needed. I look forward in future projects. Happy customer here.
