This Company is the worst This Company is the worst. After I paid my fee and sent them my old design as well as a sketch of the design I had in mind, things took a turn for the worst. I had to send them emails frequently for updates, I called them as well. All I received was a half a$$ logo and a questionnaire. Stay Away from Jonathan Cruz and company, you’re better off using an etcher sketch 🤦🏾‍♂️

Although I was picky and challenged his patience he was accommodating and polite throughout the process. In the end I was so pleased with his designs that I chose to purchase 3 logos - allowing me to have a variation as needed. This process allowed me to feel comfortable with the final logo, rather than being pressured to go with the first one made. I would avoid this group at all I would avoid this group at all costs. While we were satisfied with our logo design, the process was challenging. The team solicited our business for a web redesign and that’s our poorest decision. At no time during our relationship did they listen to the very specific and simple needs of the client, yet insisted repeatedly they were delivering the product. Almost 3 weeks after they claimed the code was ready it was delivered in a zip file, they offered us no possibility to touch or see or use the site before launching. What we received is unusable and we want to help other small nonprofits make the same mistake.
