Horrible experience Horrible experience. They took a long time in responding all the time. Would not provide me with any documentation and I paid over $1500 with them. I didn't like the look of the website and in order for me to change it they wanted to charge another $1000. What is the point of paying over $1500 if I can't change the look of the website? Would not recommend them at all.

Summer 2023- Avoid these people no matter what I don’t know how this firm could be considered “ verified.” They make promises they never intend to deliver on, until you pay exorbitant fees never before mentioned, to release your project from being hostage. If not, you get all kinds of weird messages and then a zip file that is nothing at all like the intended result. I believe their incompetence and empty promises are their finest traits.

I would avoid this group at all I would avoid this group at all costs. While we were satisfied with our logo design, the process was challenging. The team solicited our business for a web redesign and that’s our poorest decision. At no time during our relationship did they listen to the very specific and simple needs of the client, yet insisted repeatedly they were delivering the product. Almost 3 weeks after they claimed the code was ready it was delivered in a zip file, they offered us no possibility to touch or see or use the site before launching. What we received is unusable and we want to help other small nonprofits make the same mistake.

Outstanding work for a Great price! This is my first time working with a logo company for a professional logo design from scratch. They have outstanding communication between the clients and design coordinator. They really listen to your feedback and will correct or start a new logo until they find what fits your needs.
