Horrible experience Horrible experience. They took a long time in responding all the time. Would not provide me with any documentation and I paid over $1500 with them. I didn't like the look of the website and in order for me to change it they wanted to charge another $1000. What is the point of paying over $1500 if I can't change the look of the website? Would not recommend them at all.

Great experience with Logoladz Great experience with Logoladz. They did an excellent job. Especially Gary walked me through the whole process and helped me solved a lot of difficulties. They are not pushy. Overall, I was very satisfied and I really recommend them.

After our initial conversation roughly 2 days later i received 5 logo designs based on my ideas. This company is also able to provide the trademark process for my logo. This Company is the worst This Company is the worst. After I paid my fee and sent them my old design as well as a sketch of the design I had in mind, things took a turn for the worst. I had to send them emails frequently for updates, I called them as well. All I received was a half a$$ logo and a questionnaire. Stay Away from Jonathan Cruz and company, you’re better off using an etcher sketch 🤦🏾‍♂️
