I totally agree with Henk.. I totally agree with Henk... I recently bought a magento 2 extension and after installing the extension on my Magento 2 website, things didn't work correctly, asked for the support they just trying to lose your time so you are not qualified to get the refund. But even if you are qualified they don't give the money back for any reason in the world. So even if you have the right to receive back the money as the 45 days money-back policy says. They will not give you a dame and will always try to fool you saying that we will resolve it for you asap. Don't buy extensions from them, they are a scam company and treat you very badly.

Great support and fast response After contacting support when we had some issues in the module we purchased, they quickly resolved everything and also released a new version. Communication went smoothly, and no additional costs were charged. Thanks again!

Good products as long as you dont need support! The product is decent as long as you don't hit any bugs. I found a bug which FME acknowledged and after a month they decided it wasn't a bug. It was serious enough that the product was completely unusable because of it. Their support became combative, probably because they couldn't figure out the fix. Very disappointing, I had high hopes for the product too! I eventually had to escalate to my credit card and they decided not to respond to that claim either. If you want good support I suggest you look elsewhere!
