Never buy extensions from fmeextensions Did not read this page for I bought a extension from them. But afterward I regret this, exactly what other wrote happened to me also. The extension gave problems so half of the webside went offline. Registered ticket and after 1 day the famous question, order number and date please. Another day waiting…other question about login info backend…every day now 1 question but no solution. And the shop still in problems. So removed the extension and informed them, we want to use 45-days money back. Quit now. But after some time suddenly the info that they will decide if I get my money back. Now after 2 weeks waiting suddenly info they want to solve it…and did not read that we removed the extension…so very amateuristic there…never buy from then…terrible code and extensions. Should be banned from magento market.

I totally agree with Henk.. I totally agree with Henk... I recently bought a magento 2 extension and after installing the extension on my Magento 2 website, things didn't work correctly, asked for the support they just trying to lose your time so you are not qualified to get the refund. But even if you are qualified they don't give the money back for any reason in the world. So even if you have the right to receive back the money as the 45 days money-back policy says. They will not give you a dame and will always try to fool you saying that we will resolve it for you asap. Don't buy extensions from them, they are a scam company and treat you very badly.

Better then expected Had issues with the extension but customer support was quite helpful in resolving the issues quickly.
