Professionals I had to deal with them as my personal IPv4 address kept on being blacklisted by their services. It was quite difficult to get in touch with their support, hence only 4 stars. As soon as I got in touch with them they were willing to assist and help in solving the issue. I would not recommend using this company for proxy detection unless you are looking to alienate legitimate website visitors. Additionally, they are not very receptive to requests to unblock IP addresses and seemingly have an arbitrary and secretive process by which they assign fraud scores.
