Best Lead Gen program by far & affordable "I wanted to share an update regarding my experience with Bitstorec since joining their team about 2 months ago. I have been a Realtor for 22years servicing Gulfport and the surrounding St. Peterburg area. I have used many traditional lead generation programs with much less success. This one is the best by far. My Personal Account Manager (Andy Cooper) is available to me by phone, text and email and has excellent follow up. He has been nurturing leads for me, by calling every single prospect on my behalf to verify their intention on purchasing or selling, taking in all their requirements, and then scheduling calls for me, so leads expect my call. I am pleased to report that Bitstorec has upheld their commitments to me. I am enrolled in their Tier 2 program and have already accepted and paid for my 2 qualified referrals. I'm confident that I will be able to successfully convert these referrals into transactions, as these leads appear to be highly promising and engaged. Bitstorec's marketing efforts have been impressive. They have executed local citations and implemented various marketing strategies to ensure they deliver high-quality services to support the growth of a realtor's business. Based on my initial experiences, I highly recommend Bitstorec to fellow realtors looking to collaborate with a referral company in the real estate industry.

Being a real estate agent in today’s… Being a real estate agent in today’s market is not easy. As we know, we heavily rely on referrals from past clients and leads from other resources. So far, I have a great experience with Bitstorec. Their leads are not cold like typically you hear about. Potencial clients are actually expecting to hear from you. I’m working on 4 strong leads right now and hoping for much more to come soon.

Service Unfulfilled and I was Treated Terribly Regrettably, it is not possible to give 0 stars, so hitting 1 star so I can publicize this. Quite literally had the exact same experience as Terry Brannin (other reviewer). Upon sign up, I was charged 5 times (due to an issue with their payment platform). I had signed up for the tier 2 plan (around $650 for 2-3 leads/month with the first lead coming in within the first 30 days of signup), so I was overcharged about $2600. The money for the extra 4 charges was refunded to me the next day (but I lost some sleep the night prior). I then proceeded to work with Eddie on setting up zip codes that work well for me in the Northwest of the state and was then handed off to Sebastian. The first lead I was sent was a commercial lead in Bergen county. I am not licensed to practice commercial real estate, so I then re-established my coverage area with Sebastian (literally stating the exact same zip codes I had mentioned previously) and reiterated that I am a residential real estate agent. The company could not fulfill their commitment to my account (this was 2 months in) but continued to give me the runaround stating that this was a year-long agreement and the leads would come. I was sent another commercial lead for Elizabeth, NJ (again, not licensed commercial and Elizabeth is over an hour from my house). At this point, I was pretty upset as it was now 9 weeks from my initial payment. Sebastian and I got in a heated conversation at which time he called me both “hyper” and unethical”, yet still could not produce a lead that was either residential or even remotely close to my coverage areas. If you are a New Jersey agent looking for lead generation, BEWARE! My recommendation would be to AVOID this company at all costs. I will also note that this is the first time I have ever left a negative review for a company in my life - not my style. But I was treated terribly and am still out the over $600 I paid for this service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!!

I have been buying and selling real estate in the state of Florida for over 2 decades.. Andy is handling my account, and he is super nice and reachable. Their ISAs know what they are doing and ask the right questions to prospects. The leads from Bitstorec are really good. They seem interested and ready to do business. Additionally, the leads expect my calls as the ISA schedules my first call appointment with them. The marketing team targets the right areas and provides me leads in my area of choice. They Implement various marketing strategies to generate these leads and then they scrub them through their ISA verification process. Overall, I recommend Bitstorec to other realtors. Best lead platform on the market I started with the platform at level 1 and have since moved up to the second tier. I am very satisfied with the lead quality and the level of service I have been given. I would highly recommend this to any Realtor whether starting out or a seasoned veteran. As a Realtor it’s important to have a team like Bistorec on the front lines fighting for you.
