Don't waste your money Don't waste your money. I signed onto Bitstorec in October 2023 and have not received one lead in my requested zip codes. I spoke to someone in December to complain and was assured I would receive leads. I'm fully aware that the real estate market is slow but I have not received any correspondence since last year. For all I know the company is no longer in business. I am requesting a full refund!

Service Unfulfilled and I was Treated Terribly Regrettably, it is not possible to give 0 stars, so hitting 1 star so I can publicize this. Quite literally had the exact same experience as Terry Brannin (other reviewer). Upon sign up, I was charged 5 times (due to an issue with their payment platform). I had signed up for the tier 2 plan (around $650 for 2-3 leads/month with the first lead coming in within the first 30 days of signup), so I was overcharged about $2600. The money for the extra 4 charges was refunded to me the next day (but I lost some sleep the night prior). I then proceeded to work with Eddie on setting up zip codes that work well for me in the Northwest of the state and was then handed off to Sebastian. The first lead I was sent was a commercial lead in Bergen county. I am not licensed to practice commercial real estate, so I then re-established my coverage area with Sebastian (literally stating the exact same zip codes I had mentioned previously) and reiterated that I am a residential real estate agent. The company could not fulfill their commitment to my account (this was 2 months in) but continued to give me the runaround stating that this was a year-long agreement and the leads would come. I was sent another commercial lead for Elizabeth, NJ (again, not licensed commercial and Elizabeth is over an hour from my house). At this point, I was pretty upset as it was now 9 weeks from my initial payment. Sebastian and I got in a heated conversation at which time he called me both “hyper” and unethical”, yet still could not produce a lead that was either residential or even remotely close to my coverage areas. If you are a New Jersey agent looking for lead generation, BEWARE! My recommendation would be to AVOID this company at all costs. I will also note that this is the first time I have ever left a negative review for a company in my life - not my style. But I was treated terribly and am still out the over $600 I paid for this service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!!!!!!
