Do Not use Bitstorec DO NOT use Bitstorec the company is a scam. I paid $400 in October of 2023 and was told I would receive several leads a month. It has now been 6 month and I only received 2 questionable leads which turned out to be fake leads. Don't believe Liam Max if he tells you he will send you real leads, because they wont come. I asked for my money back and was told they can't refund people.

So far, I have a great experience with Bitstorec. Their leads are not cold like typically you hear about. Potencial clients are actually expecting to hear from you. Responsive and Caring I have been working with Bitstorec for a few months. They have been responsive and caring. I was receiving some leads that didn't work at the beginning, but I recently received a great lead that has a lot of chances to close. Bitstorec recently changed the Marketing strategy they are using and I'm very excited to keep receiving good leads and increase my conversion rate and closings.

Disappointing performance They guaranteed residential real estate referrals in zip codes that you sign up for however, my first referral was a commercial lead in an area I do not cover, my second lead, was residential but again not in an area I cover, my third lead wasn't a price range that was even realistic unless you can buy a 3 bedroom 2 full bath house in New Providence, NJ for 300-350,000 which you can not. You are able to cancel within 30 days however they don't see to respond when you ask to do that. Stay away from this company.
