Dishonest Business Marco (owner) seems like a nice guy. However, I went through the refund process exactly as stated by his employee that sold me the program, only to be told by Marco that I wouldn't be receiving any refund. He claims there is no refund policy. Either he is lying, or his employee lied initially, but I can't find out, because Marco refuses to reply to any of my emails, which have all been professional and polite. Don't expect honesty or even a reply from Marco once he gets your money. Stay far away from this dishonest business.
