This company is trying to threaten me… This company is trying to threaten me and STRONG arm me about my review. I found with them to get my domain name. My website is garbage!! I am trying to hire someone to clean it up. I was given a zip file but no BACKUP log!!! I wish to Jesus up above I could share the communication I have with this terrible company. Why are they fighting with me about a REVIEW??? I know why because I am standing in the way of them SCAMMING and FRAUDING more people. Please contact the FBI, Federal Trade Commission, and your local authorities about DESIGN ENGINE aka OCTO LOGO, and all the other names they go by. I was told I am taking it personally. It is personal it is my BUSINESS that I have worked to be successful. THEY CALL ME TRYING TO GET ME TO REMOVE THE REVIEW!!! WHY??? Trustpilot is allowing this type of company to operate under their platform. Please keep exposing them. They didn't offer me $1600 back or a portion. Why would I let them do more work for me???? I ONLY wanted to be created with decency, ethically, and professionally. I never asked for my money back just the CORRECT work I paid for and I didn't get that. Now, I want everything I paid for!!!! I am going to fight for what is mine. (DESIGN ENGINE is trying to flag this review). This is not a threat!!! This is me letting them know I AM going to fight for what they have done in trying to destroy my business!!! There are laws in America!!! It is obvious this company is not operating in the STATES!! It is a promise, I am fighting to recover my business!!!

No issues at all, great experience and customer service. We started working with Ian at DesignsEngine in July 2020, and he was very patient, thorough, and polite. We took time with building out our website, since this is a new process for us, and Ian worked with us every step of the way, answering all of our questions and meeting our every demand. He met all the deadlines, and delivered for us. We are happy with the DesignsEngine team and Ian Diaz.

Exceeded Expectations I was not expecting the level of service and responsiveness that I got from Designs Engine. With most online services like this you are basically left to chatbots and online documentation if you have any needs. With Designs Engine I got personally assisted by a project manager who even called me regularly to make sure I was happy with the designs, and to see what questions I had. The design came on time, and I had like six different logos to pick from. Once I made a choice, I asked for a revision or two, and the changes were done fast and to my specs. I would definitely use Designs Engine again for my next project.
