LUCKY PICK☘💚 When I initially Googled reputable graphic designers in the area I was surprised to have DESIGNITICS pop up first because they're based in FL and we're in GA. I almost scrolled up to find a company that was closer but I didn't, I was intrigued by the beautiful simplicity of their logo so I clicked on their site & we're so grateful that I did cause the team was so welcoming and hospitable. During my initial consultation I was so pleased to have someone really listen to me and get all of the details down pack and it came across in the finished product. I guess you can say it was just a Lucky Pick cause we now have the perfect Logo to represent our Brand for many generations to come. Thanks Jake, James & Jeremy and everyone else at DESIGNITICS that had a hand in delivering such quality work. We'll definitely be contracting you guys for our website design.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and Zephyr BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and Zephyr Charge me over $600 and absolutely none of the work that I paid for was accomplished They did not launch my Facebook page, nor did they provide me the ad posts for this Facebook page Their contract states if you can find it that absolutely under no circumstances will they issue a refund even if they don’t provide any of the work as promised. I thought my credit card company would protect me, but they didn’t Was getting ready to launch a new company, in June 2022, my initial consultant was Max Jordan, who after approximately three or four weeks of false promises and basically submitting very poor quality work Constantly gave me excuses why deadlines were not met because he was sick and I was going to the doctors office, eventually I complain to his manager Zephry Who is sure me that he would take control of the situation and make sure that I would have a better experience He was no better, and often left me waiting for work from the graphics department for 1 to 2 weeks and time and time again, very poor quality work. Assured me that I would not be charged until I was happy with the promise 12 ad posts after 2 1/2 months they were only able to come up with two they also did not launch my Facebook and Instagram page as promised and no SEO work was done I complained bitterly, when I tried to reach out for a refund from my credit card company I was told that in the long and extensive complicated contract, DESIGNITIC HAS A CLAUSE which states under no circumstances no matter how unhappy or dissatisfied you are and even though no work was actually done they have the right to still keep the money and there will be no refunds issued under absolutely no circumstances Find this company and zephyr very Deceitful, Unprofessional and unscrupulous

Takes too long and annoying upsells Don't recommend these people. they take way too long to make a website and their reps on the phone are rude and condescending. additionally, they pester and annoy you with upsells at every stage of the development process. Also i'm pretty sure they sold my data to people overseas but i can't verify because I keep getting spam emails and phone calls from people in India trying to make a website for me. Overall, bad experience.

My outdated website redesign project These guys redesigned my outdated website and I must say I love the new layout now. Website responsiveness has increased my sales and customer retention by 20%. Couldn’t ask for more. Designitic team is very good at what they do.
