Great company!!! Uptownwebsiteworks is a great company to work with, I use them for a lot more than just building a website. It's almost as if they are an employee. Uptownwebsiteworks is a company you can really trust. They handle my PHP development work, web design, web hosting and search engine optimization.

Unprofessional work and deceptive return policy Uptown Website Works failed to follow through what they promised. I spent over $600 on what my web designer, Brian Carlson, called a “template” for me to finish on my own. Their satisfaction guarantee on the website doesn’t work, it’s total bs. I have sent email request after request, live messaging, and by phone only for each of the employees to go silent. Have not heard anything from any of them after the designer said “they’re negotiating the amount to be refunded.” In the meantime they suddenly changed their refund policy after I repeatedly asked for my money back and they went silent when I sent any messages. Here’s what they did: •They promised a misleading “satisfaction guarantee” on the home page that does everything except offer a refund when you ask for it •nobody finished the damn job, they sent me a template said I can finish on my own •the web designer asked me for a good review before he even started designing the website •when he finally started working on the website he labeled my project name as “tacky” and never followed through on anything in an appropriate timely manner, he obviously didn’t care just wanted my money. •I asked him for a refund immediately because we were obviously not on the same page, he insisted that his company knows what they’re doing •after he sent me the “template” to finish on my own, I asked for a refund again. He argued with me said he can’t because blah blah blah shenanigans until I said I would post an unhappy comment because prior to our negotiation their return policy was “if for any reason you’re not satisfied” we’ll refund your money. No they don’t. He’s a liar, they’re head office is a crook, and their live chat doesn’t do a thing except promise you somebody will return your message so nobody is responsible. Everybody went silent. They said they would have a resolved amount to be refunded by Monday, they never did. I kept calling sending live chats, emails, no response That’s the story! Unfulfilled obligations, cheap deal. Nothing has been handled. I am never recommending your website shenanigans to anybody!

Worst place to deal with Worst place to deal with. They promise an ecommerce website from scratch and then use a template site. Full of Spanish as they were not careful enough to remove the original content. They then try to get more money from you to do what they promised in the beginning. My website was never fully finished and I got so sick of their crap that I told them I had, had enough. Well guess what, 2 years later and they are trying to get money out of me saying that the work that they did, work that I paid for is their legal content and that I have to pay for it to keep it. I Call that extortion and told them where to go. I already have another company working on the site to change it completely. These guys are the worst and I had yet to leave any comments about them until now when they tried to scam me for more money. I see they get some good feedback and maybe for the people (companies) that are not aware of their dealing and feed them enough money, they may well be happy with the result but beware, they will try and get more money from you. If you want to have the ownership of everything you can get back to me in next 24 hours or else we will sell this complete program to another client and make sure to take legal action against you as per the Copyright Law.
