The customer service from Anastasia has been excellent and the quality is what I expected from a premium pair of denim shorts from this designer. THIS IS A CON SITE Placed order, took payment, fake shirt send out with tags and labels sawn on with a needle, either have had item with stitch issues and tried selling me it or they think people are about to buy fake item with real prices, be careful item pictures are not always the item sent out, with a rating as low as 3.4 I should have known better

Shipping is horrible. First of all, there’s no phone number to contact customer service. Second, they charge for express shipping that turns out not to be express at all. It’s currently taking over 10 business days to express it via UPS. It’s impossible to reach either sender or UPS rep. Extremely annoying!
