Codersdata is the place to be.... They have a very hardworking recruiting team who listen and understand the issues. They have a fantastic marketing & HR Team who really works hard to place their candidates in a full-time job. I enrolled in the month of January. I got a few requirements, they assisted me with upgrading my skillset after joining Codersdata and I got a job within 2 weeks after my training ended.

At first I was a little worried because of the security deposit but I was happy when I got it back at the end. With my first salary I got my deposit back . Long training modules Very strict about project submission deadlines .No of leaves are less .

SCAM RUNN !! It's a complete scam. Their own people has rated this review so don't go over it and like each other comments. Just figured out after losings my money. They tell they would refund it back to you. Here is the catch, I lost 700 and but i could tell you my experience. They make sure they make you pay as trainings fee, and tell it's training fee and wont refund it to you - as in to give you training for Python, PowerBi etc. It's some IT guy from Kolkata who is working over time tries to teach you the basics. They kind of market your resume for one job per day which wont work out for USA Job search criteria. Their main area of working is through dice and jobs on dice are all contract based. Sometimes when they get you interviews they dont even send you proper JD for your preparation. They claim that amount as your trainings amount, and if you say you didnt take it they would tell you it is amount for marketing. They dont intend to pay you back at all. They would never refund your amount no matter what. Also they make sure the communication is done over phone and no emails for us not to have any records if we want to fight legally. They dont care basically they just want that money and everyone tires to fight for their money but they dont get it back. In my case the marketer itself left job there to find better opportunities. Their HR team is so rude , gosh check out Imon Sengupta on linkedin. That guy my god he is a snake. Mentioned to me "if i want to stay i could stay or leave if i dont like it and we wont refund your money."

$700 to pay to have a job?? As one people mentioned, an agent called me saying he was from codersdata and requested $700 for their services to find a job, help with the resume and help with interview. This feels extremely weird and probably swims on the wave of the recent tech layoffs.

They are really helpful This was a difficult decision for me to make as they asked for a deposit of $700 but it later made sense. They did put effort and helped me with proper guidance, tailored training and eventually I landed on a project in two months and most importantly I got my deposit back.
