GBI could not get my computer started I could not get my computer started. No how, no way. I thought I lost everything. I called them in and boom, boom, boom, a couple of clicks, they had me up and working. And there was no charge. I wrote a nice letter to their boss.

GBThank you so much for your expertise in… Thank you so much for your expertise in helping me with the issue on my computer. By going with Mozilla, it has made it a lot easier to manage my e-mails. The problems I had with the other Techs could have been handled a lot easier if they would have mentioned to get rid of Outlook and just deal with Mozilla. You brought that to my attention, therefore making me realize that it was better to get rid of Outlook all together. Thanks again for you help.

GBI unluckily purchased this services for… I luckily purchased this services for myself. Had bought ASUS computers for older two with no problems. Had to replace this one two times! Finally went with this company. Thank heaven I bought the support! This is a company self generated lie, not my review. scam and thief
