Great in the first 2 months - service went bad after. I was subscribed to their "Cheap VPS Plan" of $8/mo. I switched from another VPS provider of only $6/mo but they ran out of New York Servers. I've been satisfied with their service for the first 2 months where the speed is satisfactory and never encountered a downtime. However, this past 2 weeks has been horrible and I thought it was my own ISP as I have began to trust Servers9's bandwidth. But just 2 days ago, I switched ISP, tested them, and they passed with flying colors. But I'm still unable to RDP when I needed to so I was unable to check why the trades in my MT4 EAs have been in a losing streak but the Demo accounts running in my PC aren't - And they're usually in-sync. Finally was able to login and found out that the MT4s are having connection problems and EAs orders are not being sent on time. Complained to support of the details but they just replied with this - "Hello Sorry for poor speed, while it is shared bandwidth speed could differ in every hour. Thank You Please feel free to ask if you have any other questions Servers9.com Support" The speed when I'm able to connect this past 2 weeks was a measly 1Mbps and when I can't I presume less than that or even 0 as MT4 has connection problems. And the problem is rampant from Asia session to London session. And from their reply - they're not going to do anything about it. So I won't be coming back. Poor service. Use this VPS if you want your EAs to lose money or you don't need to use RDP or bandwidth isn't very important.
