Spoke to Karen at Pacific Logo Design… Spoke to Karen at Pacific Logo Design about logo design before making payment she assured me that if I don’t like the mockups for whatever reason she would provide me with full refund. And after receiving payment that was a lie. I was not too fond of the mockups or their design work. She had Alex trying to upsell me often for website services. As soon as Karen got word, I disputed the charge with Chase. I got a call from Karen. She was upset and scolded me because I disputed as a chargeback as if I had broken some law; how dare I do such a thing. The customer has the right to choose who they go to if they don't like your work! Pacific Logo Designer then submitted a false statement and documentation to my Chase Bank stating that they delivered and completed my Company Logo. This is unethical because we never got that far. All it was is some mockups and free consultation. Chase has started an investigation. This is considered stealing money. I will continue pursuing this matter; buyer beware. They are hanging up on me and telling me to get the money from the bank when clearly they blocked me from doing so. I have reached out upon emailing them no one has yet taken the initiative to provide me with a full refund of $147.00! They stole my money!
