USKaltura is Frustrating. The company/school I work for adopted Kaltura/NewRow. I used Zoom/Canvas in the past and was pleased with how well those worked together. I could upload my Powerpoints into Canvas and my students could access them. Kaltura has a lot of issues. I can't use animations in the platform itself. If I animate my PowerPoint, which is SO engaging for students, the animations never appear in Kaltura. If I am in a breakout room with a student, I have no clue what is going on in the main room. I can't always get into a breakout room with my students. I have no idea why this happens and I have sent countless reports to Kaltura about this, but they never respond. It's a clunky program. I have to do so many clicks to move from one aspect to another. I can't ask a student a question if that student has not previously put something in chat. It is a frustrating program. The majority of teachers I work with feel the same frustrations. They used to use Blackboard and thought it was so much better. I came in after Kaltura was hired to do this program for us.

USKaltura Kaltura is an overall good experience. It could use a few more features and details but I am happy with my experience. You must have a excellent internet connection.
