THYou can sign up but you can never leave... I signed up for their widget via the Wix platform. through the horrowing process that followed, I ended up with two accounts, both of which I have no access to being able to delete or cancel the accounts. From Dec 28 to Jan 5 I tried to reach someone. Yes, it is the holiday season, however, someone did reset my account to be activated ONE MONTH after billing, which means that I would pay for one month of no service, no communication from their office, only an automated help ticket that never gets read or answered. I was able to cancel one account through the wix platform. I'm having to go through my credit card company to cancel the other. I've only talked about customer support, I haven't talked about the nightmare of tech integration into your site or the nightmare of getting it OUT of your website. Good Luck with this one!!
