I have seen that there are so many… I have seen that there are so many companies that are replying to their tickets after 12 to 24 hours. I mean they took so many time to reply and your whole business in the line and you can do nothing just to wait for their reply. But when I found that The Fast Host is offering quality services on cheap rates and they reply to their tickets within few hours. These things attract me and they are offering higher number of add-on on cheap rates.

Their charges are best and cheaper than many of the other hosting providers. They are offering free SSL certificate, man what do you need more? Moreover, I really appreciate that they are offering free back-ups and they most reply to tickets with in few hours instead of many other hosting provides who keep on waiting for about 12 hours. Good at first, now just okay... Frequent down-times, strange slow speeds, right now I'm locked out of my account for no reason, but at least it's cheap?... Right? Not sure it's worth it, plus I see that all the reviews on TrustPilot are clearly fake EDIT: Support was great, and helped me gain back access to my account, which brings up my rating a bit, but since it was a issue that could have affected a lot of users, I'm surprised it wasn't detected sooner
