When I finally managed to purchase one of their products, it was an absolute nightmare to download and install. The instructions provided were ambiguous and outdated, causing me to spend countless hours trying to figure things out on my own. To make matters worse, once installed, the software constantly crashed and failed to deliver on its promised features. It wasn't just buggy; it wreaked havoc on my entire computer system! This program is the epitome of incompetence and false advertising. Reaching out to their so-called "customer service" only added insult to injury. Does not honor refund policy I purchased the product and it did not do what it stated it would do. I asked for a refund and although they said they would give me a refund, it has been a month and they have not refunded me yet.
