I contacted technical support, the seller promised to give me a new account, since what happened should not have happened. I share with you my story, the first time i bought an US Paypal from him it was delivered fast and good. The second time I bought a Japanese paypal from him and he is not good enough to do it but he gave me empty promises that he will send me the next day, next week ... until almost a month he can not provide me my Japanese paypal account and dont give me back my money (134$). Then I told him to do an Australian Paypal for me to replace the Japanese Paypal. he said yes and again he can not do it and dont give you back your money and gives you empty promises like a metally ill person. So in brief, If you buy some things from him and he can do it easily he will do for you. If you buy somethings from him that he is not good enough to do it he will lie to you and say " Yes, i can do it " then he will steal your money without provide you the service. This guy is a Tricky scammer now, he has scammed many people. It is better to stay away from that website
