GBAbsolutely awful experience during a SV outage Customer service is non existent when they have a major failure. The entire spectrum of SkuVault employees from the first line contact, your sales rep, client support and lead support analyst will bail on you when you need them the most. They will take weekends and holidays off, without any care for their system not communicating properly with marketplaces. It is a helpless feeling that will keep you awake at night and give you worries for weeks while they don't communicate with you, dodge you phone calls and emails.
