I have not had such a positive… I have not had such a positive experience here. Don’t care for the shampoo bars, they don’t leave my hair or scalp feeling very clean, have to wash more often and think maybe the sampler box was designed more for chemically treated hair?..which I don’t have. Also purchased a balm to help with healing from an incision from some recent surgery and I can’t say that it is helping speed up the process or do anything really. Also, when I first placed my order I thought I had made a mistake and so I contacted somebody through a chat, and she explained that she canceled the order for me and I could go ahead and re-do the order, and she actually never did cancel the first order and so I received two shipments of the same products. Of course with two separate charges on my credit card. Anyway I’ve been trying to talk to someone about this and I’m not getting anywhere. Signed, Frustrated.

They had the merchant I was looking… They had the merchandise I was looking for, they communicated the status of my order well and the shipping was fast. No complaints at all!

I got my products quickly… I got my products relatively quickly after ordering, the tracking was accurate and I received email when it was delivered. I haven't tried the products yet but I liked that they have a wide variety of things that are natural based.

Plastic hypocrisy I am not reviewing the product, which I haven't tried. But the packaging was some kind of environmental sick joke. One roll of Compostic was placed in a box measuring 15"x12 1/2"x8", and the box was stuffed with two large sheets of plastic bubblewrap. Isn't the purpose of your product to cut down on the use of plastic, which is destroying our Earth? What were you thinking? I just can't imagine a worse way to send a product purporting to be good for the environment. PLEASE change your shipping methods! You have lost my business after a single experience.
