Seriously Seriously, after a couple of uses my skin tone and texture improved dramatically. I can see more improvement than I did with retinol products. This serum evens my skin and gives it a healthy, smooth tone. It does tend to tighten everything, so I apply a moisturizing sunscreen after using it. I've tried many skin care lines, and this is by far the best.

Ordered $80 serum, didn't receive, a month later I was contacted and a replacement shipped Ordered $80 serum. Watched the tracking as it was delivered to the wrong address/zip code. Filed a claim with USPS who came back and said "misdelivered, sorry, contact the vendor". Multiple emails and calls, nothing. Now working with credit card company to get a refund. EDIT: the response tells me to send mail to the same email address I've sent 5 emails to with no response. EDIT: almost a month later and several bad reviews left different places, someone contacted me. They shipped me the product, which I received and am pleased with. So I'm upping the rating to three stars - it shouldn't have taken SO MUCH EFFORT to get a response, but I did eventually get one.
