There was an issue on my end where I didn't get to use a promo code before payment was made in full:(. I quickly contacted Remay and their response was the quickest I've ever seen to get the issue resolved. Not only did they respond but it was an actual person not a computer generated response! Don’t do it! I purchased 2 of these and neither one works as it showed in the advertisement. When the first didn’t work I thought ok maybe the gel was messed up but the other also did not work. So ok ya in the shower with water constantly going it will kinda work but conditioner works better. Do not I repeat not try and shave your legs outside of the shower by wetting both surfaces you will regret it and men do not use it in your face my husband had so many bumps. This product was not worth the shipping and I hate that because I had such high hopes it would work like it said.
