Now they are claiming it will take 30-45 days before I see it in my account. I have contacted my bank and filed a claim against this company. Jay Anderson was the person who made 3 different promises and never followed through with either.

The took months longer for completion than promised and after they claimed it was completed I had to hire a totally different company to finish my website. They tried to scam me by using a misspelled domain name an tried to charge me $1200 to buy that one an I already purchased my domain previously. These guys are rip.
