Website Profs is Committed to Taking Your Money! I started the project of building an app/website in March 2021. Invested $19,999 into the creation of our app/website. Our contract states that the estimated completion time is 3 months. During the latter part of 2021, I was told (by Edwin Green) that they lost their IOS certification and that is why they were unable to complete. Unfortunately, a lot more than just IOS certification was needed to fulfill my needs. In December 2021, I requested a refund. In February 2022, Jennie Scott from Website Profs reached out and let me know that since I reached out for a refund, I was now their top priority. What? This is the type of customer service one provides to a customer that spent nearly $20k on a project? Since then, Jennie Scott has been doing nothing but giving me the runaround and I have yet to see one dime refunded into my account. If there are any lawyers reading this, would love to speak with you about the false promises and lack of integrity and ethics that Website Profs brings to their customers.

I am blown away by his and the team's work which was lead by Alan Murphy. He created the most beautiful website for us. It exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend you just call them.
