Then after months, they came back and said WIkipedia was taking longer than expected, so I needed to give them $400 more for priority processing and to make faster. WELL, now we are nearly a year, and delay after delay, and promise after promise, and now they know they are caught and they no longer respond. Absolute textbook scam.

Scam should be shut down Terrible service don't provide updates unless you get in contact with them first. Seems like only Alex Smith can write wikipedia pages he doesn't get back to you and blocked his phone number. Daniel on the chat line lies he says Alex will get back to you and then doesn't.
