USThis lipstick is not for me This lipstick is not for me. The matte feathered and probably I'm too old for this product. I did like the gloss but I also like Dollar Tree gloss. It's not worth the money to me. I will not give a public review. I have a good griend that loves these products and value her opinion. that's why I made the purchasse to begin with.

USFrom quality to looks, it’s a 10/10 from me! The quality of the products are AMAZING. I initially bought some gloss during the Vegandale Festival and I have not used any other brand since! I stand by the products and this company!! From their glosses to lip liners to all the other products I have gotten, it has all been 10/10. Their customer service team is just as amazing!

USMy Red Lip Balm Turned Pink! I purchased the Tinted Lip Balm in Bloom. Service was great; it arrived quickly, and in nice, sturdy packaging (For some reason, packages delivered in my neighborhood seem to take quite a beating, so this makes a big difference!). It appeared to be a sort of poppy red when viewed online, but when I tried it on, it applied red, and then morphed into a sort of fruit punch pink color. Perhaps this was caused by a reaction with my body chemistry; I can't say for sure. In the meantime, it's nice, but in all fairness, if I'd wanted a pink tinted balm, I'd have ordered one, you know? Having said all of this, it feels good on my lips, doesn't cause chapping, hydrates, and wears well. I'll wear it, but I am disappointed that it's not the color I thought it would be.

USCommunication with Glass Gloss I found out about Glass Gloss from Tabitha Brown, I tried to use her discount and it didn't work. I never received an email confirming my purchase, I found out that my purchase went through by checking my account. Even though all this has happened, I am hoping that I like the product. My suggestion is you fix the website and your communication between your company and the customer and if the product is good, then your business should be successful!! 10/22/2020 It saddens me that you have issued me a credit instead of trying to fix the communication issue. Many of things could have gone wrong, I feel my email address could have been entered incorrectly in your system, as I still have not received any communication from Glass Gloss other than trustpilot.com. I was looking forward to trying your product, but obviously Glass Gloss doesn't want me to try their product. I wish Glass Gloss well and nothing but success!!!!!!
