GBSCAM I paid for a service that was never delivered. Do not waste your time and money, it's a scam. Just wasted $40 but hopefully my credit card company will resolve this dispute and get my money back

GBScam! They don't answer phones or emails. I ordered a translation service for a simple 1 page short document. I paid for the service $19.95 and was promised 24hr turnaround. It has been 3 days now and after multiple phone calls and emails, no response whatsoever. I have decided to go with RushTranslate.com, although slightly higher pricing at $24.95, but they gave me my document correctly translated in 12 hours. Orbit Translation is a terrible company and wasted my time. I am now with my bank trying to get a refund because they don't even respond to me or provided the promised service/product.
