NEVER USE THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them a 0. This company is a total scam. I have tried to work with them for over 18 months now. I have worked with Oscar, Jeff Martin (scary), Steve and finally Bane. I send them explicit directions and they refuse to make all of the changes. I sent them one request 6 times and they did not understand the change request. Here is my request: ON the landing page, in the far upper land hand corner replace Welcome to Austin Texas Baby with the following language... and they could not understand that. So we tried zoom calls where I read each change to them. Only a few changes would get done. And they call you over and over and over again and sometimes at 10:00 pm. They said they did not know my time zone. Well, if you were really in Chicago we are on the same time zone! Jeff yelled at me on multiple occasions. Yelled. They keep you hostage until you give them more money to host with them. I explained in writing and on the phone that I would not pay them any more until they finish the website. I have called 3 other website companies and they said not to give them any more money that they were wrong. Capital One VISA flags them as a scammer. They have had other clients complain about them. RUN. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY TAKE YORU MONEY AND DON'T COMPLETE THE JOB. SHAME ON THEM.

Paid $399 April 21 and still don't have… Paid $399 April 21 and still don't have a presentable website. Due to continuous missed promised deadlines, I had them just email their files. Had to hire another developer to edit site and we're still trying to get admin passwords to make site presentable.

We did not have much information to build off of but he took our ideas and made them come to life and we couldn't be more happy with the end results. Pixels Logo contact - Jeff Martin Jeff Martin, my designer, has been totally unresponsive. I cannot get even 1 revision of his work. Was sold the Startup package with access to 2 designers. Have only had contact with one designer and my requirements from the beginning were clear. I gave examples and continued to give examples.

They took $5000 and The representative claim to offer trademark services and as I went along I felt their offers are to scam me, I asked for refund and they denied it. If you are asking logo service and trademark services from this company, be ready to spare some time and money to hire lawyers and other wasted exercise.
