I hired them and got very few things I… I hired them and got very few things I wanted. they were always trying to upsell me and sending me payment links. They were supposed to host my website for two years. I paid $900 dollars for that and they did not honor that it took over 6 months to get my website live. I am selling products and they never added any of my payment links or Shipping. It was just a informational site. That is not what I asked for or paid for.

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY FOR… DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I paid for the Standard Logo package on 9/8/2022. It was marketed and promised that I would receive communication from a Project Manager that would be assigned to me and would have a logo design to review within 24 hours. It is 9/12/2022 and I have not heard a word from this company. I've called which goes straight to voicemail and I've tried to Live Chat which is states that no one is available. I've now sent a message through their website and via my personal email demanding a refund for being in breach of contract. I will be escalating this issue if I am not contacted today and receive a refund.

Paid $399 April 21 and still don't have… Paid $399 April 21 and still don't have a presentable website. Due to continuous missed promised deadlines, I had them just email their files. Had to hire another developer to edit site and we're still trying to get admin passwords to make site presentable.

Superb Service What a great service from start to finish. I found pixels logo whilst researching companies to help me design a fresh logo for my business. After speaking with the friendly representative on the web chat i was guided through the different options to choose from. I was then assigned an account manager and a designer who captured my design inspiration and added some creative flare to make the perfect logo for me. The project was turned around very quickly and i am truly thankful for everyone's combined effort. The whole process was easy, stress free and very customer focused. Top work! and I love my new logo!
