Overall very satisfied Very satisfied but i didnt like the payment method. Sending your credit card info in an envelope through conventional mail seemed risky and totally unsecured. Other than that everything was done as agreed.

They don't pay the interpreters! I'm an experienced certified interpreter. I did a job for this company at a government agency 4 month ago. I provided accurate interpretation and I was professional with my work. I still have not get paid by Gateway Languages and the only way to contact their Accounting Department / Owner is through Email. Their PM hung up on me on the phone when I asked for my payment. I'm a very reasonable person. I'm so mad with this company and I'm about to pursue for legal action against this company. This company has no business ethics at all. Don't work for this company, you will not get paid for the good job you have done!

Everything were done pretty fast, it was kind of pricey but i didn't have any issue of getting my paper work. They were quick and easy to respond back.

Average We were overcharged even with the discount, interpreter was late (patient was early-not your fault). I would use again, but next time would like it better serviced.
