USI received a file using DropSend. I received a file using DropSend. I click on the link, I listen to the audio file for about a minute. Then, it quits and I get a message saying I must have downloaded the file 10 times. What??? This is a bug. You need to let new users know that they have to sign up for an account and download your software in order to receive a file. You need to let people know that they cannot simply click the link you sent them. Customer support says, "If you didn't download the file 10 times then the most likely reason for the message is that you tried to download the file to a mobile device such as an Android or iPhone/iPad without first downloading DropSend Mobile. Mobile devices, such as iPhones and Androids, require a special DropSend app to be installed before you can download files. DropSend Mobile is a free app that enables downloading to mobile devices. There is a version of DropSend Mobile for iOS devices (including iPhones and iPads) and another version for Android devices. If that is what has happened this time, please go to the app store for your device, search for DropSend Mobile and install the app on your device. The file sender will need to resend the file because once the download limit message appears that file-send instance is no longer usable. Since the send hasn't expired yet, the sender can go to the "Sent" page in his account, click on the checkbox to the left of the filename he sent you, and then "Re-Send" the file in a new email. When you receive the new email, do not tap on the link in the email. Instead, the filename of the file you received will show up in the inbox of the DropSend Mobile app. Tap on the filename in the app's inbox to download the file. Once downloading is complete the file will have been stored in the DropSend app on your mobile device. Tap the "up arrow" in the app to export the file to an appropriate app or external storage location where you can open or play the file.

USI'm happy I've been using them along with a competitor for a few years now. I'm extremely happy. Their pricing is reasonable, their platform is solid. I closed my account with the competitor and moved my entire setup here. Thanks Dropsend!
