Social media marketing- SCAM! Do not work with Website Work Studios! Literally the worst company I’ve ever hired. Paid $2,600 for social media marketing. Haven’t gained any followers. AT ALL. They sent me a schedule for posting with captions, and there were many typos in the captions (red flag). The guy who I spoke to first when still deciding if I wanted to hire them, Frank, told me how great the company is and how they will help me and how they will gain me around 250k-300k subscribers in 6 months. After I paid the $2600, I never heard from Frank again. I was only supposed to talk to Troy and Mark now. When the problems started to happen, like noticing all the typos in the captions, the delay in scheduling, he completely went ghost. I have messaged Frank multiple times and he has left me on read. Completely unprofessional (another red flag). They took 2 weeks to make the calendar. And then another month before they could even start actually doing ads. And then the week that they FINALLY were ready to start doing ads, over a month and a half later, I get an email from Facebook about my Facebook account being restricted, and that my Facebook page can no longer run ads because of “suspicious activity on my account”. Not to mention when I spoke to Frank initially, he never mentioned there was a no-refund policy. I was completely unaware. When I tried to talk to Frank, even though he ignored me, I then called the companies phone number, and was told by multiple people that there is no way to get a refund unless I signed up for a 12 month Social media marketing, and they would only refund the last six months. I paid $2600 for a 6 month contract. So I cannot get a refund. It doesn’t matter that I’m completely unhappy, haven’t gained any followers, my account is now restricted, and all the unprofessional things that have occurred. I literally can’t get a refund, and had no idea that this wouldn’t be possible because Frank never mentioned it. Probably the worst company to work with. I am disappointed to have wasted $2600 on a total waste of time. Please beware. Do not work with this company. Don’t ignore the red flags like me.

I can't even get in contact with them I can't even get in contact with them. I don't even know if they are still in business. They did my web site which took over 9 months. Told me to do administration myself but didn't explain how. Now I get no response at all. If they are still in business, they suck.
