They do not adhere to refund policy. They do not adhere to refund policy. Asked for refund within 20 hours. Turns out, the time it takes to open ticket and for them to respond needs to be under 24 hours. Either that, or they cant figure out simple time. They seem highly scammish.

Poor customer service. Poor customer service, RDP took 12hrs to setup and then it wasn’t working properly. Requested refund and they stopped responding to my ticket.
