GBBUYER BEWARE!!! We utilized it for over a year with very little success or use from customers. Never had a claim. Customers did not seem to care. BEWARE!!! Cancelling with them is VERY hard. Tons of back and forth and will not cancel even though we are out of our 1 year commitment contract!!

GBAbsolutely horrific Absolutely horrific. I dealt with them due to a dispute with a company called Theratape, who took $300 for an order but didn't ship. When I started a dispute, nothing happened. Their support team (which appears just to be technical support, not anything to do with actual refunds or guarantees) kept saying that they could do nothing except wait for the merchant to get back to them and, er, that was it. They then tried to tell me that they didn't refund money anyway, despite that being what it says on their site. This company is as much of a scam as the merchants they represent, and their words are worth nothing. My guess is that they do not have any finances to refund as promised, and are simply a veil for dodgy retailers modesty. I would recommend avoiding any company that uses this brand of charlatans, they do not mean you can 'buy safe' at all.
