USScalefast and Wizards of the Coast I placed an order for a product from Scalefast's client Wizards of the Coast, and only a small portion of it arrived. I have been bounced around so many times by staff who have too much on their plate. I was initially told that they did not know if a refund was even possible, and upon telling them that I would just charge back through my bank I was finally given an email stating that I would see a refund within 7 business days. That was weeks ago and I still have seen no refund. Original support ticket date 10/22/22 Refund confirmation 11/14/22 Funds returned ??????? Scalefast seems to neither scale well nor quickly. Should you be in a position to hire scalefast, I suggest you see all available options before making this decision. The customer base seems frustrated with the treatment from their support. Below is a list of grievances: Responsive, but overwhelmed support staff Unwillingness to promptly investigate shipping issues Despite refund confirmation, inability to supply the funds or information in a timely manner

CAUnresponsive, Never Sent Item! This is the company that processes merchandise orders for Square Enix. I ordered a $110 USD order from them which said it had 4-day shipping as a birthday gift. It's almost a year later and they never shipped the item, in addition they don't respond to messages. Had to open a PayPal dispute and I am in the process of getting my money back. Bad business. Avoid at all costs. Edit--they are asking me to contact their customer service HERE but I tried that first and got no response. Had to file a PayPal dispute, which they didn't respond to either.
