They are not a correct company with the Customer service and cars documents. They are not a correct company with the buyer, they do not respond to emails, text messages and do not answer the phone when there are problems generated by the company itself. I paid double the dealer fee deal to get rid of this company. Terrible experience

Horrible experience Horrible experience. These guys are teenagers? They have no idea what they’re doing. They lie and lie and say whatever you want to here to take your money. They waste your whole day. These guys are incompetent. They’re clueless. When they don’t answer, it’s because they’re scared to talk on the phone. They don’t know what to say. They wasted my whole days by saying lies and avoiding calls. They said they were in training? Please? Read reviews. These guys live at home. They will take your money or waste your time. Just move on. Trust me. You can just sense it as soon as they pick up. They can’t go one minute without a lie. If I’m wrong, give the your money.

I sold my car to them because I had no where else to go, they made it super easy for me and honestly I wouldn’t want to work with any other people. So many people where there to help me fully, they where all hands on and made me feel like apart of their family! The process of selling my car to them was super fast and efficient. I got help from all kinds of great people, Jalen helped me fill out the all information I need to put in for my car, brian helped my by getting me a great offer and Elijah would always call and make sure I’m all good on my side!
