Good platform to use Good platform to use for non designers, just have the right expectations. Its a DIY platform for no design people. If you want something better you need to hire someone.

Bad Customer Service Experience I had a somewhat decent experience with the platform but had the worst experience with the customer service portion. I cancelled during my free trial period before I was charged, I then sent an email to confirm my cancellation and was charged a few hours later. In my opinion there are alternative options where you will have a better experience

So smart and I love it! So smart and I love it! I found zebrand through ads, but then I used it because I really needed an advice on brand logo, and general brand direction, etc. It is free, but it gave me some really good place to start building my brand within 5-10 minutes, and I'm very happy with the results. The system is very smart, fun, and I just love the concept. I highly recommend it to startups or entrepreneurs on a budget!

Works I came across ZeBrand when I needed to quickly make a logo for my project. It served my purpose well. It would be great if I could have options to customize my logo further.
